Lucha Oceguera serves as 5Lights’ Director of Operations and Administration and has extensive experience providing executive-level assistance to the executive team members, manages daily operations and assists in the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities throughout 5Lights. Having held previous positions in the legal and medical fields, Lucha is able to tailor her versatile skills to meet the needs of the company’s requirements. Prior to joining 5Lights in 2013, Lucha’s 14 year tenure at Udall Law Firm, LLP as a Paralegal and Legal Secretary contributed to her extensive knowledge of business and operational procedures.
